This large villa consists of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious plot with plenty of grass, a good-sized pool. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. A shaded BBQ and dining area, a lovely outdoor spa, a games room and loads of space and comfort for the whole family. Decorated with refinement and taste, this villa invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It is fully equipped to help you enjoy your holiday time with every comfort.

All the bedrooms in this house are quite spacious and well lit, all have air conditioning and also some standing fans. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for colder periods and towel warmers. All the twin beds can be made as doubles.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows:
• 1st Floor Right - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom
• 1st Floor Left - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom
• Ground Floor – Right - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom
• Ground Floor – Left – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom
• Ground Floor - WC
• Basement - Small apartment that contains a bedroom with 2 twin beds, private bathroom, living room with sofa bed that can also sleep 2 more persons, and a separate kitchen. This unit has a direct connection to the main unit but also has a separate entrance. Great for a couple with small kids or teenagers.

The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends, as well as direct access to the outside to the outdoor dining area.
The inside of the villa has 2 separate leisure areas with one of them containing a small bar, well located below the games room, a nice interior fireplace, 2 sofas, coffee table and TV, and the dining room with table and 12 chairs. The other leisure area, in green tones, has sofas to sit 8 persons and also has TV with English channels, also with direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
There is a cozy games room on the 1st floor where you can find a snooker table that can be converted into a table tennis table, a table football and others.
Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.

The exterior of the villa is quite large and offers a bit of everything for everyone, grass for outdoor ball games, sun loungers and outdoor sofas around the pool for sun lovers, a great BBQ area under a wooden pergola with a dining table for the whole family, and last but not least, a relaxing outdoor spa for up to 4 persons. The pool is wide (10m by 5m) and the depth varies between 1m and 2.3m deep and can be heated for an extra cost.
The villa is very private and completely non-overlooked, oblivious to noises that do not come from nature itself, however, it is located just minutes from the center of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups that like to have fun and experience the local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling).
