 1st floor – Master suite with a super king bed, walk-in closet with 2 wardrobes, open space bathroom with a bathtub with jacuzzi and a separate shower and 2 sinks;
 Ground Floor - 2 twin beds and private bathroom with shower;
 Ground Floor – 2 twin beds and private bathroom with open space bathtub and separate shower and 2 wardrobes;
 Ground Floor – 1 single bed with an extra bed located below;
 Ground Floor – 1 bathroom next to the single bedroom;
 All the bedrooms have air conditioning;

At the entrance, we have a well illuminated entrance hall, with access to the living room and stairs to access the first floor;
On the Ground Floor we find the kitchen, well equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your holidays stress free, as well as a small meal area;
In the living room we have 3 different areas: dinning space with 8 sittings and 2 living spaces with cable TV and WIFI – one with 3 individual chairs and other one with 2 sofas where you can enjoy a nice fireplace for the colder days or open all the windows and enjoy the very nice view for the garden and golf course.

The house has a well-tended garden with a fantastic view towards the lake and golf course, an outdoor sitting and dining area where you can enjoy nice al-fresco meals, under the shade of the electric awnings.
There is also a nice fenced swimming pool for child protection and a great variety of outdoor furniture and a practical charcoal BBQ. There’s also an outdoor WC. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
On the 1st floor you have a great private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake.
